Representation When Selling a Property

€ 1.500 + iva

  • Title deed transfer and representation at Notarius (For more then two people on the deed, an additional € 150 applies)
  • If an existing mortgage is to be cancelled upon sale, an additional € 300 + iva applies. 

Follow-UP of the 3% Retention for Non-Resident sellers

€ 400 + iva

  • Submission of Modelo 210 – tax calculation upon sale
  • Collecting necessary receipts, documentation, etc.
  • Follow-up with Spanish authorities
  • Tax advice for our clients

Closure of Spanish Bank Account

€ 150 + iva

  • We assist in closing your Spanish bank account safely and correctly, whether you have sold your property, are moving from Spain, or wish to change banks
  • We ensure all outstanding payments are settled, subscriptions and direct debits are cancelled, and the account is closed in accordance with bank and legal requirements

Drafting of Spanish Will

€ 400 + iva

  • Will drafted in accordance with Spanish law for your peace of mind.

Tax declaration in Spain

€ 100 + iva

  • Price valid for 1 or 2 owners.
  •  For more than 2 persons on the deed, an additional €50 per person applies.

Registration of Property for Rental
